Group Action specialists

As Group Action specialists, we are involved in dozens of actions and have established ourselves as a leading voice in this complex and niche area of law.

This is why we are representing so many clients in so many different actions; all on a No Win, No Fee basis. We have recovered millions of pounds for our clients over the years we have been giving victims a voice, and we continue to take new actions forward on a regular basis.

For our clients, we want them to completely trust in what we do. So, what is it that makes us specialists, what is our experience, and can we help you?

What makes us Group Action specialists?

What is it that makes us Group Action specialists? We are not called the Group Action Lawyers for no reason, as this is what we specifically focus on. But what does this mean for our clients?

It means that we have an established infrastructure, framework and way of working that is suited for taking new actions forward and reaching a settlement for those that we have been working on. It means that we can efficiently pursue thousands or even tens of thousands of cases in an action on a No Win, No Fee basis. It means we can secure funding and insurance when it is needed for us to be able to take on some of the biggest companies and insurers in the world.

And that is exactly what we have done. We have faced up to wealthy corporations and insurers, as well as international defendant law firms, as we make sure that the victims have a voice. People do not have to go up alone against such huge and wealthy companies when they have our legal team fighting for their rights to justice.

Our significant experience

So far, we have been involved in over 50 different group and multi-party actions. This is a huge number of actions to be involved in, and we could only do this if we are true Group Action specialists.

We have been the first to pioneer High Court action in some of the most ground-breaking legal cases the UK has ever seen. We have succeeded with actions where others have failed. When other law firms have closed their caseload because they did not feel that they could reach a successful conclusion, we persisted, and we succeeded. We believe in fighting tooth and nail for our clients and not giving up in the face of adversity.

We have received Steering Committee appointments for some of the biggest actions the UK has ever seen. This includes the first GDPR Group Litigation Order (GLO) in England and Wales, the British Airways compensation action.

Current big actions

As Group Action specialists, we have been involved in some of the biggest cases the UK has ever seen.

Right now, two of the big actions that have been in the media a lot are the British Airways Group Action and the Virgin Media data breach compensation actions. Both are for data events that involve over a million victims collectively, and we are representing huge numbers of clients in both actions. We are working for our clients on a No Win, No Fee basis.

Each of the actions has its own dedicated website for people to easily sign-up for a case:
