Even if your model isn’t listed above, you may still be eligible to make a claim for compensation. This is especially the case if your vehicle has been involved in an emissions recall or has undergone any routine work involving emissions.

Renault and Nissan

In recent weeks, it has emerged that some Nissan and Renault models may allegedly contain technology that could amount to a defeat device.

Both diesel and petrol models could be affected.
