The Group Action Lawyers fight for justice in a number of emissions compensation actions, representing clients for claims on a No Win, No Fee basis.
This includes cases against Mercedes, Porsche, and Nissan and Renault. If you have been a part of a recall for any of those carmakers, we may be able to take a compensation case forward for you now.
Here is a little advice about our emissions work and our experience in this area of law. To get in touch with the team now, please see our Contact Page here.
If you own or lease, or used to own or lease, a Mercedes diesel vehicle, you could be eligible to make an emissions compensation claim with us on a No Win, No Fee basis.
If you owned or leased a Mercedes-Benz diesel car or van, first registered between 2007 and 2018, you could be eligible to join our action. As things stand, this action is in its early days, but it is alleged that the German carmaker has engaged in similar behaviour to that of Volkswagen. It is alleged that they have used technology that could amount to a “defeat device” in accordance with UK and EU law.
If they have, we will hold them to account.
If you have received a recall letter or have had any work undertaken that involved emissions, you should contact the team for help and advice today.
Nissan and Renault are a part of the Renault–Nissan–Mitsubishi Alliance. More recently than the Mercedes issues, Nissan and Renault have also been accused of behaviour that could be illegal. Although they strongly dispute this, we are investigating emissions compensation cases. If they are found to be in breach of the law, we will make sure that they are held to account.
If you have received a recall letter or have had any work undertaken that involves emissions, you can contact the team for free and no-obligation advice today.
Our experience when it comes to emissions compensation claims is vast. We have previously represented thousands of victims of the initial dieselgate scandal against Volkswagen, although we can no longer take new cases forward now that the court cut-off date has passed.
Our firm was appointed with a position on the Steering Committee that is responsible for the overall conduct of the litigation in 2018. We are aiming to be at the forefront of the other emissions actions that have followed the VW one since 2015 as well.
These cases are just some of the over 50 different group and multi-party actions that our lawyers are working hard to fight for justice in. We have a great deal of experience in taking some of the biggest companies on in the world and have recovered millions of pounds in damages for thousands of clients.
We can represent our eligible clients for cases on a No Win, No Fee basis. This means that we can write off our legal fees in the event that an action does not succeed, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
For free, no-obligation advice, please do not hesitate to get in touch with the team today.
