We are The Group Action Lawyers, and we represent thousands of people engaged in group action and multi-party claims on a No Win, No Fee basis.
As we are true believers in access to justice, this is the only way that we would want to work, and we commit our promises in writing and do exactly what we say we will. We will briefly explain what it means to represent people in this way for us, and explain a little bit about our specialism and what we do.

The Group Action Lawyers are proud to be able to represent thousands of people pursuing cases with us in our dozens of group actions on a No Win, No Fee basis. We work this way for our valued clients because we truly believe in access to justice, and we would not have it any other way.
Ultimately, we do not think it would be fair if people had to pay for a losing case. We know that most people would not want to pursue a claim if they had the risk of paying fees if the claim was not successful, so it is the only feasible way that we can work. But, as we said above, we want to work this way because it means that we can provide access to justice for those who need it the most. Access to justice should not be reserved for only those who can afford it.
How our No Win, No Fee legal representation works is really simple. In short, it means that we can write off our legal fees if your claim does not succeed, and all you need to do is comply with the terms and conditions in place. Of course, you must comply with the terms and conditions because there are certain circumstances in which we could not cover people with our No Win, No Fee representation. For example, if you lost the case because you brought a fraudulent claim or exaggerated your case, we would be unable to cover you. Or, if you refused or failed to cooperate with us and missed a court deadline, and this caused problems for your case and you lost because of it, we cannot cover you for that kind of scenario either.
It is not difficult to make sure you comply with the reasonable terms in place, and we want to make sure we can write off our legal fees in the event of a genuinely lost case. This way of working really does do exactly as it says it does, and we put our promises in writing as part of the agreement that we send to you as well.
We are proud that we have been able to work for thousands of people on a No Win, No Fee basis, and this includes in some of our biggest actions to date. For example, those who we represent for emissions compensation claims benefit from this way of working, as do those who are pursuing cases in the British Airways cyberattack from 2018, and the Virgin Media data leak of 2020.
This way of working goes way back to some of our earlier actions, including the 2015 TalkTalk hack and even the earlier PIP compensation actions from 2012.
We are The Group Action Lawyers. Our specialism is in representing people claiming in group and multi-party actions, whether there are a few dozen people claiming or a few thousand people claiming, or even many more.
Forming a group action case is the efficient way to be able to pursue a large volume of cases that arise from a singular or similar event. Some of them go on to form into official Group Litigation Orders (GLO) which we have a lot of experience in running and taking part in.
